When we receive your custom-build enquiry, we will be in touch to arrange a telephone or video call to discuss your requirements. We will guide you through the process of designing your guitar and will make suggestions and recommendations based on what you tell us you are looking for.

We will not unnecessarily upsell or steer you towards decisions to suit us. We will explain and show you what different design choices will look and sound like to ensure that we get the look, feel and function just right for you. This is a collaborative process, and we will be with you all the way to make the experience easy, clear and enjoyable.

Once we have agreed on the spec for your handmade custom-built guitar, we will mock up some images of the final design. We do this with all custom builds as standard because we believe that seeing a rendering of your design is an important and exciting part of the process. The mock up images will help you to visualise your finished guitar and make any final adjustments.

Then, when we we have finalised the design, we will confirm the price, lead time and send you an invoice. We will keep you updated throughout the build with pictures and progress reports. When your guitar is complete we will arrange collection or shipping.
